Overview

The xk-zx type stop-rotation material level switch USES a micro motor as the driving device, the drive shaft is connected with the clutch, when the material is not contacted, the motor runs normally.When the blade contacts the material, the motor stops rotating, the detection device outputs a contact signal, and the power is cut off to stop rotating.When the material falls, the resistance of the blade disappears, and the detection device returns to the original state by means of the torsion spring.The torque of materials with different specific gravity can be adjusted.

This type of stop-rotation level switch is widely used in metallurgy, coal, cement, steel and other industries, especially in cement warehouse, coal warehouse and other places with bad environment.

Install Caution

Before installation, please make sure that the power supply is consistent with the voltage above the label.

The stop-turning material level switch should not be installed at the feed inlet. When it cannot be avoided, protective baffle can be added to protect the blade from material impact.

For horizontal installation, the inlet of the junction box should be vertically downward, and the cable fixing nut should be locked,If there are conditions can be added rain cover, etc.

Make sure to install horizontally or vertically before installing.

When installed horizontally, the blade is installed at an Angle of 10 ~ 20° downward to reduce the impact of materials.

According to the density of the detected material, the tension of the torsion spring should be adjusted. When the tension ratio is heavy, the tension of the torsion spring should be adjusted to the strongest, and vice versa.
