One. Functions and working principle

1. UQK-A floater level switches is widely used in liquid level control and alarm in open and
closed container in lines of industrial, civil architecture, water and sewage. It is a safe, economic, reliable,
using flexible level controller with various functions.
2. UQK type level swithes is consisting of magnetic floater, stable leader, reed switches, explosion isolation type
wiring box and installing fittings. Magnetic floater moves with liquid level up and down, and the reed
contactors in the leader changing on and off switch and output the a signal accordingly.
3. reed tube contactors changing on and off instantaneously, and martch with relays, it can realize various high
pressure and large current control. The read contactors is strictly sealed in glass which were filled with
inactive gas, so the contactors won’t generate spark when contactors on or off. It can control the liquid level
safely.
4. UQK type magnetic floater level switchs have the following control types:
(a) Liquid inlet control
(b) Liquid inlet control and high limit alarm
(c) Liquid inlet control and high and lower limits alarm
(d) Liquid outlet control
(e) Liquid outlet control and low limit alarm
(f) Liquid outlet control and high and lower liquid alarm

stable leader: Φ20*2 (Φ12 is selectable)

THREE. Application method

(1) When installing, please check the magnetic floater and leader. They won’t appear bend, brocken or flaw etc..
And the floater should be freely to move up and down on floater leader. The explostion-proof wire box should
be nice and its cover is fixed.
(2) May use multifunction meter, comply with floater up and down, to check the reed contactor on or off
according to wiring diagram.
(3) Adjust the up and low stop position and fix it.
(4) If all is right, power off and then install and wire connecting the switch.
