B69H Mica double window double color water level meter is a direct reading liquid level meter designed and produced by using different refractive indices of water and steam.When the red and green light emitted by the light source reaches the observation window, the red light in the vapor phase part is directly in front,While the green light is slanted to the liquid level gauge body to be absorbed, while in the liquid phase, the green light is directly in front due to the refraction of water,The red light slanted to the liquid level gauge body was absorbed, resulting in the display results of vapor red and aqua green, vapor full red and water full green in the observation window of the liquid level gauge.This type of level gauge is mainly used in water level observation of steam boilers or other pressure vessels.

Long window type two-color water level gauge the gasket is made of flexible graphite glued on and off the toothed corrugated skeleton to enhance the sealing property, thus ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the equipment and improving the service life. Mica sheet is used to protect the window glass in the window component of two-color water level gauge. Mica has high chemical stability, strong compressive resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, thus improving the service life of the window component.

Strong flushing function (no flushing) :
A condenser is arranged at the top of the gauge body. When the saturated steam in the drum flows through the condenser, the cooling function of the condenser is utilized to form a large number of pure water without salt. The pure water continuously washes the observation window along the inner surface of the two columns of Windows, forcing the dirt attached to the observation window mica to be washed away. At the same time, a large amount of pure water formed returns to the body cavity and constantly replaces with the saturated water in the body. Finally, the saturated water in the body cavity becomes pure water without salt or impurities, so that the window is free from scale, and the color display is clear and lasting, which improves the observation effect and extends the service life of the window components.
